Dewekon Engineering Chain Screens
The chain screens from Dewekon Engineering are designed for efficient and reliable removal of debris and waste materials in water treatment plants and industrial applications. These screens are ideal for both wide and narrow channels, providing a sustainable solution for waste management.

Sturdy chassis: Built from U-profiles with cross reinforcements, fully welded for maximum strength.
Screen assembly: Consists of parallel bars. For screens up to 20 mm bar spacing, a hydrodynamic profile is used; for larger spacing, the bars are rectangular and sufficiently reinforced to prevent deformation.
Cleaning mechanism: The rake or scraper bars descend in open position, carry debris upwards, and remove it via a scraper.
Guide plate: Efficiently directs the screened debris upwards.
Drive: Two heavy chains guided by rollers, powered by a hermetically sealed IP55 motor reducer.
Safety: Equipped with torque limiter and compliant with all CE regulations.
Automation: Fully automatic operation with adjustable cleaning cycles via timer or level difference measurement.
Low noise: All movements occur gradually and without shocks.
