✅ Concentrically curved bars: The bar assembly consists of concentrically curved bars, ensuring efficient operation.
✅ Special inlet zone: The bottom inlet zone is carefully profiled to minimize the accumulation of solids.
✅ Rotating arm & scraper bar: A rotating arm with a toothed scraper lifts the solids. The scraper bar is mounted on a double-bearing shaft and spring-loaded to prevent blockages under mechanical resistance.
✅ Safety mechanism: If the resistance becomes too high, movement is automatically stopped by the torque limiter.
✅ Efficient drive: The drive shaft is equipped with a hollow-shaft gear motor and reaction arm for optimal operation.
✅ Scraper: When the scraper reaches the top, solids are pushed off by a hinged scraper fitted with a plastic wear strip.
✅ Fully integrated: The bar assembly and scraper arm are mounted on a sturdy chassis, factory-aligned and tested to ensure guaranteed quality and performance.
